Any diet can be radically more or less healthy depending on the specific choices you make. I believe that these choices matter just as much, if not, more than your dietary religion.

When I say “eat your veggies”, this is is what I am getting at. No matter what is on the other half of your plate, filling the first half with whole, fiber-rich veggies is a boon for health. You would be hard-pressed to find a study that says otherwise.
