Hi Viktor,

I respectfully disagree. I appreciate your intention to ensure that no vegan’s needs are unmet but it really is as simple as eating enough total protein, and not getting all your protein from the same source.

Let me turn the tables on you and ask you to provide an example of a reasonable daily vegan diet that includes 60 grams of total protein yet fails to cover the essential amino acids. The caveat is that the protein can’t all be from the same source. No one should be eating such a narrow diet anyways — protein would be only one of many issues with a mono-food diet!
