I love the proposed perspective change, but worry that you haven’t fully represented how diligent we all need to be about meeting our vitamin B12 needs.

The most reliable sources for vegans — besides true supplements -are fortified foods. It takes a LOT of nutritional yeast to get you there ( a few Tbsp per day). Furthermore, most of the B12 in nut yeast is added so levels vary between brands.
