Thank you for sharing this encouraging story. Swapping out “junk foods” (nutrient poor, calorie dense, loaded with “eat more” triggers) with fruits and veggies is as good as it gets. This should help boost your nutritional status, combat obesity without hunger, and help you feel more in control (fewer cravings).
