Thank you for your kind note of encouragement and comradery. It is indeed an exhausting, uphill battle we are waging against the glossy, loud, fearmongering voices selling quick fixes. They create so much “nutritional noise” that it can be very heard to get your voice heard. I’m always excited when I find a fellow voice of reason (and science) and am now following your Facebook page.

I just responded to your post about red meat and cancer. I hope you’ll take a look at my article on fake meat, which alludes to this as one of four factors to consider in real vs fake meat (while acknowledging nuances of this link — particularly around cooking method).
