Thanks for following up. It makes a lot of sense that once you are mindfully chosing which foods on which to “spend” your limited calorie allowance, you will realize that whole foods are your best choice. It’s hard to beat fruits and veggies for the most bang-for-your calorie. I feel so much more satisfied after a 200 calorie salad expoding with veggies and a few strawberries than a puny “energy bar”.
