Thanks for this well-written, balanced overview. As a scientist, I get so frustrated with biased perspectives that present only one side of a debate and fail to look critically at each study’s limitations. I agree with one of the other comments that we need to be ultra careful with observational studies as it’s nearly impossible to control for all of the confounding factors.
