Thanks, Paul. In case anyone is curious, the only group excluded under “nearly” everyone is the roughly 0.05% (less than 1 in 1000) people who are allergic to soy. To be clear, this article was intended purely to alleviate fears and make it clear that there is no robust scientific evidence of harm to humans at any sort of reasonable levels of consumption. At some point I will dive into the evidence for benefits — then we will really geek out and get into alpha and beta estrogen receptors!
