Thanks, Sherwin. I haven’t read Dr. Greger’s book though I am familiar with his website. I saw a talk from him once that I appreciated, highlighting the dramatic role that diet has to play in most of our top killers. I believe that quality and quantity are both critically important. Unfortunately, today’s food enviroment nudges nudges us towards higher quantities of less nutrient dense food. I often feel that you have to be comfortable being “abnormal” to follow a truly healthy diet.
