Which cardiovascular outcome data are you referring to? I just looked up worldwide cardiovascular deaths on Our World in Data and this is what I found. Rates are deaths per 100,000 in 2017. I framed the Latin and Mediterranean numbers with the highest and lowest.

I don’t think anyone is saying that red meat is the only contributor to cardiovascular disease. This would be the only way to see a perfect correlation. Other risk factors clearly play a huge role — like smoking and hypertension.
